01who you are dealing with

The service is provided by 0wn.si (seller name not set).

02your account

An account is one mailbox at you@0wn.si. Usernames are 2 to 31 characters: letters, digits, dot, underscore and hyphen. Some names are reserved for running the service, and we may refuse or reclaim names that impersonate others or infringe someone’s rights.

You are responsible for your password and for what is sent from your account. Turn on two-factor sign-in. If you lose your password, your recovery email or recovery codes are the only way back in; we cannot read or reset a mailbox on request.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

03what you get

• 50 GB of storage for one mailbox.
• Up to 5 aliases, plus-addressing (you+anything@0wn.si), and an optional catch-all for it.
• The web inbox, and IMAP and SMTP for any client you like.
• Spam filtering, machine-mail tagging, tracker stripping.
• Export of everything as mbox, at any time.

04price and payment

The price is $9.99 per year. There is one plan. Where tax law requires it, tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Paying by card starts a yearly subscription. We email a reminder 7 days before each renewal. You can cancel in settings → plan with one click; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

Paying with crypto buys exactly one year. Nothing renews by itself; we email you before the year ends with a link to pay again. The exchange rate on a crypto invoice is locked for 15 minutes; stablecoins are charged at the exact amount. If you send too little we ask for the difference; if you send too much, or pay after the invoice expired, a human resolves it with you.

A username is held for you for 15 minutes while you check out.

05refunds

Within 14 days of any payment you get your money back, no questions asked. Write to support@0wn.si. Card payments are refunded to the card. Crypto payments are refunded by hand, in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us. A refunded account is closed: it becomes read-only at once, you have 30 days to export your mail, and then it is removed the same way an expired account is.

This is in addition to any withdrawal right consumer law gives you.

We email you at each step, to the mailbox and to your recovery address if you set one. Renewing at any point before deletion restores the account.

07acceptable use

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. In short: no spam, no malware, no phishing, nothing illegal.

08suspension and closing

You can delete your account at any time in settings; there is a 14-day window to change your mind. We may limit sending, suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable use policy, puts the service or other people at risk, or is not paid for. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a way to export your mail.

09your mail is yours

You keep all rights to what you send and receive. You give us only the permission needed to store, filter and deliver it for you. We do not use it for anything else: see the privacy policy.

10availability

We work to keep the service running and publish its state at status. We take encrypted nightly backups. Email depends on networks and servers we do not control, so we do not promise that every message arrives or that the service is never down. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose: export is always available.

11liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

12changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before. If you disagree you can cancel and, for the unused part of a year you already paid for, ask for a refund.

13law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where 0wn.si (seller name not set) is established, without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live. Questions: support@0wn.si. Abuse reports: abuse@0wn.si.
