Mail for people. Not for campaigns.
A shared mail server lives on its reputation. One spammer gets everyone’s mail sent to junk. These rules keep your address worth having.
01not allowed
- Spam: unsolicited bulk or commercial mail, in any volume.
- Bulk mail of any kind: newsletters, marketing campaigns, cold outreach, mailing lists. This is a personal mailbox, not a sending platform.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or mail that pretends to come from someone else.
- Harassment, threats, or content that is illegal where you or we are.
- Automated sign-ups, or creating accounts to resell or to dodge a suspension.
- Attacking, probing or overloading the service or other networks through it.
02sending limits
- first 14 days
- 50 messages per day, 10 per hour
- after that
- 500 messages per day

- a cap on the number of recipients
The limits are far above what a person writes by hand. If you have a real reason to need more, ask support@0wn.si.
03how it is enforced
Outgoing mail is scored by rules before it leaves, and we watch rates, bounces and complaints. When an account crosses a threshold, sending is paused automatically and the case goes to a human for review. Receiving and reading keep working while sending is paused.
Reports sent to abuse@0wn.si are read by a person. Depending on what we find we may do nothing, pause sending, suspend the account or close it.
Staff cannot read the contents of your mailbox through the admin tools. Reviews rely on what is reported to us (a report usually includes the offending message), and on counts and delivery results, not on reading your mail.
04if we got it wrong
Automated systems make mistakes. If your sending was paused or your account suspended and you think it should not have been, write to support@0wn.si from any address. A human looks at every appeal.
05reporting abuse
If you received unwanted mail from a 0wn.si address, forward it with full headers to abuse@0wn.si. Security problems go to security@0wn.si.
